Reserving a Court

The Chelsea Reservation System is used by Sun City Hilton Head Community Association for pickleball courts, as well as tennis courts, bocce courts and golf reservations.  Use of this system is open to all Sun City Hilton Head residents in good standing.  

Contact the LOGO building at 843-705-4034 to obtain a login, CANCEL a court or get support with any issues regarding the Chelsea Reservation System.

How to Request a Court

• Sign on to the Chelsea Reservation System https://hiltheadpb.chelseareservations.com/
• Enter your CAM # and Password and press Pickleball
• Under the Request tab, choose Add a Request.  Request screen will appear.
  1. PLAY DATE: enter the date you want to play
  2. Facility Selection:  Select first and second choice
     ​(North or South or No 2nd Preference)
  3. Requested:  Enter the time you want to play
  4. Earliest:  Enter the earliest time you are willing to play
  5. Latest:  Enter the latest time you are willing to play
• Court Selection:  Choose Pickleball
• Press Player Info right below the heading of MAKE A REQUEST and enter CAM# of the player requesting the reservation and 1 additional player or 3 additional players.  
• Press Submit to submit your request and an email will be sent letting you know the status.

 
You can Request a court up to 14 days out so this is the best approach to get a court on the day you wish.  However, you can also Book a court 7 days out but earlier requests may have filled the courts.
You can only Request or Book a court for one hour.
You can even Book a court on the same day.
 
How to Book a Court

1. Sign on to the Chelsea Reservation System https://hiltheadpb.chelseareservations.com/
2. Enter your CAM # and Password and press Pickleball
3. Under the Booking tab, choose Add a Booking.  Booking screen will appear.
4. Enter each of the fields and then select Display Times
   1. You can choose any open court up to 7 days out

 
How to CANCEL or Delete a Court

1. Sign on to the Chelsea Reservation System https://hiltheadpb.chelseareservations.com/
2. Enter your CAM # and Password and press Pickleball
3. Under the Booking tab, choose Delete a Booking
4. All of your court reservations will be listed
   1. Enter your Member Number (CAM Number)
   2. Enter the Confirmation Number of the reservation you wish to delete
   3. Hit Continue
       

How to Change a player on a Reservation

1. Sign on to the Chelsea Reservation System https://hiltheadpb.chelseareservations.com/
2. Enter your CAM # and Password and press Pickleball
3. Under the Booking tab, choose Add Edit or Delete a player
4. All of your court reservations will be listed
5. Enter your Member Number (CAM Number)
6. Enter the Confirm Number of the reservation you wish to change
7. Hit Continue

Known Chelsea Issue when 2 players may book the same court within the same minute
This can most often occur when the reservation first opens for the next available day, around 10:00am.  When two people try to manually book the same court at the same time using one name for the reservation one person will get the first player name slot and the other person will be placed in a subsequent slot, usually the third player name slot.   

Our only recourse is to create a club rule that the name in the first slot of the booking owns the reservation. 
This can possibly be avoided by assigning all four slots in your booking with either a name or a guest.
