The Competitive Play Committee has established a relationship with DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) to provide real-time skill assessments based on match results. DUPR is free, and anyone can get a rating. Just one match result is enough to start, and with 10–20 results, your rating becomes more accurate.

We encourage all players—especially those participating in open tournaments, club-only events, and skill-rated play—to have a DUPR rating. To support this, the committee has created a Sun City Hilton Head Pickleball Club on the DUPR platform.

To be added to the club, simply reply to [email protected] with a message like “Add me to the Sun City DUPR Club.”
– If you already have a DUPR account, we’ll link it.
– If not, you’ll receive an email from DUPR to complete your setup.

Not interested in ratings or competition? No problem. Social play and open play do not require a DUPR rating—just come out and have fun!
