PB201 –– Skills & Drills (2.5 level player –– up to 3.0 level)
Mike Delia, Instructor

• Basic Ground Strokes, Serve and Return of Serve, Dinking and Volleys
• Introduction to third shot drop and transition area
• Specific attention to proper stroke development, ready position,
  ​and moving forward
• Clinic is open to all players that have been through Beginner Orientation and/or have a basic knowledge of the game, can keep score and understand initial court positioning
• Maximum participants –– 8 players per one hour clinic
  
  
• Day/Time: Mondays 9am –– 10am 
• Location: South side courts 3 and 4

PB301 –– Skills & Drills (3.0 through mid 3.5 players)

• Non-volley zone tactics, transition area offense/defense
• Resets, push volleys, block volleys
• Offense/defense lobs and strategies
• Third, fourth and fifth shot selection and strategies
